About Corey Adelman
I’m Corey Adelman, a father, husband, musician, restaurant owner, martial arts practitioner, and nature enthusiast. Upon graduating from Syracuse University, I moved to Ithaca in 2015 to live with my girlfriend (and now wife) after a brief one year stay in Jackson Hole Wyoming. I am passionate about the natural beauty and tight knit community of Ithaca and the surrounding Finger Lakes Region. In 2020 my wife and I moved to a rural part of Trumansburg where our 10 year old Australian- Cattle-Dog, Savvy, would have plenty of space to stretch her legs. Three years later came our beautiful son. We plan to live in the Ithaca area for the long term and to grow our family here.
With a strong entrepreneurial urge, and a love of food and cooking, my twin brother, Kevin, and I opened Bickering Twins as a catering business in 2016. In 2018 we expand the business into a brick-and-mortar Mexican restaurant which runs to this day in downtown Ithaca. I love taking care of my customers and bringing joy to people. I bring that same energy to my real estate business.

A Sellers Agent will conduct a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to help you determine the market value of your property

A Buyer's Agent helps you identify your ideal property, provides pricing guidance, negotiates the best terms for you, manages contracts, disclosures and all necessary paperwork, and coordinates/organizes the entire transaction, ensuring you meet all necessary deadlines for a smooth transaction

A seller's agent assists in market analysis/pricing strategy, property preparation, marketing, negotiation, and contract guidance, as well as general facilitation of the whole transaction from the very beginning all the way through the closing
