When we have our initial Buyer's Consultation, I will be providing you with a Buyer's Packet that is chock full of useful information such as: Home buying process and timeline, buyer's checklist, explanation of upfront closing costs, mortgage information, buyer's due-diligence checklist and much more.

A Proven Process
We will use a "Funnel Process" which is a process of elimination designed to make sure that you DO NOT miss any great opportunities or pay too much for your home. After a brief interview with my clients to assess the most important features they are looking for in a home and why those features are important, we will start by casting a wide net in our home search and continue to narrow down the choices until we have found the right match
